I’ve come a long way from that first newsletter. I’ve learned a lot over the years — first as the Director of Newsletters at both BuzzFeed and The New Yorker, and now as the founder of Inbox Collective, an email consulting firm I launched in 2019 to help newsrooms, non-profits, and brands send great email.
